At Les Croix you can enjoy exclusivity, big fish, and quality lakeside accommodation - a rare combination. Our anglers and guests have
exclusive use of our modern fully equipped lakeside  accommodation.
Only thirty metres from the lake, in a very private sunny location, the
65 square metre property sleeps up to 6 people, with 2 bedrooms
(one double and one twin), kitchen/living room with comfortable  sofa bed, dining area, 32" TV, DVD player + 100 DVD's, UK freesat TV.

Bathroom with large luxury shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and
English W/C. Kitchen has fan oven, gas hob, extractor fan, microwave,
toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, crockery, pans, cutlery and plenty of
workspace and cupboard storage. The gite is double glazed and well
insulated and remains cool in summer and warm in the cooler months
with heating in all rooms. Outside you will find a terrace with gas barbecue, table and chairs with parasol and the lawns which lead down to the lake.
Next to the terrace is the above ground swimming pool which is solar panel heated, and adjoining sun patio - a welcome luxury extra in which to cool
off when the temperature rises...

The accommodation is maintained in immaculate condition and is thoroughly cleaned every week - you will find it in spotless condition on your arrival.
Gas, electricity and bed linen (not towels) are all included
in the price that you pay.
 
The pool will normally be open from the end of May to the
end of September (weather dependant) !

The accommodation is completely independant with its own gated access,
and is situated on the opposite side of the lake to our house.

IMPORTANT

A maximum of 6 people are allowed on the site.

Fishing from the gite is not allowed - all anglers must stay
with their rods in the swims at all times.

The gite is a smoke free zone - smoking is not permitted inside.

Bait must not be taken inside the accomodation.
(Bait freezer is available at our house).

A cash deposit of € 100 will be required on arrival and will be refunded subject to an inspection at the end of the week, the gite should be left in the condition it is found on arrival, and we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee which may be subtracted from your deposit.
