Holiday deposits are taken on the understanding that the lake rules and terms below have been read and accepted.
To make a booking, we require a non-refundable deposit payment of 30% of the total price of the holiday.
The remaining 70% balance is payable no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Payment by card (credit and visa debit cards) is the usual payment method and the preferred option.
Once we have received your deposit, your holiday will be reserved.
The booking will be confirmed by post with a receipt to the party organiser.
Payment of the 70% balance for your holiday must be received no later then 8 weeks prior to your arrival date (if payment is not
received by this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking). If a booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, payment of the
full amount is required at the time of booking.
If you cancel a confirmed booking you will be subject to cancellation fees:
Cancellation 8 weeks or more prior to arrival date is deposit only.
Cancellation less than 8 weeks before arrival is the full cost of the holiday.
If any changes to the confirmed booking are required, we will try to be flexible where possible in changing the dates - this is subject to availability, if a change is requested less than 8 weeks before the departure date, the 30% deposit will be charged again.
We reserve the right to terminate your holiday in the case of non-compliance with the lake or site rules, or
causing harm or disturbance to others, grounds, or property. You will not be eligible for a refund and may
incur additional costs for damage.
We reserve the right to update/change the lake or site rules at any time as we see fit to do so.
Customers can arrive after 14:00 on the Saturday of arrival, and must leave the site by 10:00 the following Saturday of departure.
If you will be arriving later than 18:00, please telephone to let us know.
On arrival we require a refundable € 100 deposit for each of the following - accommodation, tackle hire (€100 for each set), bait boat hire. All monies will be refunded at the end of the week provided that no damage has occurred.
We expect to find the accommodation in the same state as you found it at the start of your holiday - we reserve the right to deduct a cleaning fee from your deposit if this is not the case.
We accept no responsibility for any problems with travel arrangements, this includes delays, flight cancellations etc. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct and up-to-date travel documents. All holidaymakers must have a 10 year passport, which is valid at least 3 months beyond their travel date.
You are also required to carry a European Health Insurance Card (this replaced the E111 form).
We strongly recommend that you take out your own travel insurance.
We will not be held liable for loss or delay caused by any of the following: Political unrest, Riots, Port closures, Airport terminal closures, Strikes, Industrial disputes, War or Threat of, Terrorist activity, Technical/weather problems to transportation, Fire, Flood, Acts of God, or any other events beyond our control.
