Terms and conditions.
Holiday deposits are taken on the understanding that the lake rules and terms below have been read and accepted.
To make a booking, we require a non-refundable deposit payment of 50% of the total price of the holiday.
The booking will be confirmed by post with a card receipt sent to the party organiser.
The remaining 50% balance is payable no later than 12 weeks before the start of your holiday.
(if payment is not received by this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking).
If a booking is made within 12 weeks of the arrival date, payment of the full cost of the holiday is required at the time of booking.
On arrival we will also require a refundable damages/cleaning deposit of £200 or 200€ to be paid.
This deposit will be refunded after a full inspection of the accommodation has taken place after the clients' departure.
Any costs for damages will be taken from the deposit, in addition to a cleaning fee which will be charged if the accommodation
is not left in the state in which it was found.
Payment by card (credit and visa debit cards) is the usual payment method and the preferred option.
If you cancel a booking you will be subject to cancellation fees: Cancellation 12 weeks or more prior to arrival date is deposit only.
Cancellation less than 12 weeks before arrival is the full cost of the holiday.
If a change of date is requested less than 12 weeks before the original holiday start date, this will be viewed as a
cancellation and we reserve the right to charge full cancellation fees as detailed above.
We reserve the right to terminate your holiday in the case of non-compliance with the lake or site rules, or causing harm or
disturbance to others, grounds, or property. You will not be eligible for a refund and may incur additional costs for damage.
We reserve the right to update/change the lake or site rules at any time as we see fit to do so.
Customers can arrive after 15:00 on the Saturday of arrival, and must leave the site by 10:00 the following Saturday of departure.
If you will be arriving later than 18:00, please telephone to let us know.
We accept no responsibility for any problems with travel arrangements, this includes delays, flight cancellations etc. We strongly recommend
that you take out your own travel insurance and to ensure that it will cover cancellation of holidays etc.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct and up-to-date travel documents.
All holidaymakers must have a 10 year passport, which is valid at least 3 months beyond their travel date.
You are also required to carry a European Health Insurance Card (this replaced the E111 form).
We will not be held liable for loss or delay caused by any of the following: Political unrest, Riots, Port closures, Airport terminal
closures, Strikes, Industrial disputes, War or Threat of, Terrorist activity, Technical/weather problems to transportation, Fire,
Flood, "Acts of God", or any other events beyond our control.
