Terms and conditions.

Holiday deposits are taken on the understanding that the venue’s rules (separate document) and our terms, as specified below have been read and accepted. To make a holiday reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total price.

Normally this will consist of a 25% payment at the time of booking, with a second 25% payment within 6 weeks, or a 50% first payment. Payment by card (credit and visa debit cards) is preferred. All holiday payments are non-refundable.

Once we have received your deposit, your holiday will be reserved. The booking will be confirmed by post with a receipt to the party organiser. The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 12 weeks before the start of your holiday.

If payment is not received by this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking. When a booking is made within 12 weeks of arrival, payment of the full amount is required at the time of booking.

If you cancel a confirmed booking you will be subject to cancellation fees - Cancellation 12 weeks or more before arrival date is deposit only, cancellation less than 12 weeks before arrival is the full cost of the holiday.

If any changes to the confirmed booking are required, we will try to be flexible where possible in changing the dates - this is subject to availability and may incur a re-booking fee. If a change of date is requested less than 12 weeks

before the original date of arrival, this will be viewed as a cancellation and we reserve the right to charge full cancellation fees as detailed above.

A refundable damages/cleaning deposit of €200 is payable in cash on arrival. This deposit will be held and refunded after the holiday, once a full inspection of the accommodation has taken place. Any damages will be taken from the deposit,

in addition to a cleaning fee of €50 if the accommodation is not left in the state in which it was found. In addition to this accommodation deposit, a €100 deposit is payable for each set of fishing tackle hired (as appropriate.)

We reserve the right to terminate your holiday at any time in the case of non-compliance with the lake or site rules, and/or these terms and conditions,or causing harm or disturbance to others, grounds, the fish or property.

You will not be eligible for a refund and may incur additional costs for damage. We reserve the right to update/change the lake or site rules along with these terms and conditions at any time if deemed necessary.

Customers can arrive after 15:00 on the Saturday of arrival, and must leave the site by 10:00 the following Saturday of departure.

We accept no responsibility for any problems with regard to travel to the venue -

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct and up-to-date travel documents. All holidaymakers must have a 10 year passport, which is valid at least 3 months beyond their travel date.

You are also required to carry a European Health Insurance Card (this replaced the E111 form).

We strongly recommend that you take out your own private travel/medical insurance which should include cover for cancellation of holidays, and advise that you should bring a copy of your medical insurance with you.

We will not be held liable for loss or delay caused by any of the following: Political unrest, Riots, Port closures, Airport terminal

closures, international travel restrictions etc. Strikes, Industrial disputes, Global Health Crises, War or Threat of War, Terrorist activity, Technical/weather problems to transportation, Fire, and Flood,

"Force Majeure", "Acts of God", or any other events beyond our control.
